Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher capacity in the use of technology-based learning media in elementary schools. This teacher capacity building program includes training, mentoring, and evaluation implemented in several elementary schools in rural areas. The results of the study showed that training and mentoring activities succeeded in improving teachers' ability to utilize learning technology. Teachers were able to use digital learning applications with more confidence and creativity in designing interactive teaching materials. This teacher capacity building plays an important role in realizing a more effective and innovative learning process, as well as increasing access to education that is more equitable in rural areas.
