Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the digital literacy program has a positive impact on improving the ability of micro-business actors to adopt digital technology. This improvement can be seen from the ability to manage marketing and finance better. However, challenges in the form of limited infrastructure and lack of assistance still need to be overcome. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through thematic analysis techniques including data grouping, data reduction, and data interpretation. The results of the study showed that the mentoring program carried out succeeded in improving the entrepreneurial skills of housewives in managing small businesses in the fields of producing snacks, handicrafts, and other processed products. Training participants stated that this mentoring provided significant benefits in terms of motivation, marketing strategies, and business management. In addition, good interaction between facilitators and participants supported the success of the learning process. The conclusion of this study is that the mentoring program for developing entrepreneurial skills for housewives in rural areas has a positive impact on improving their skills and economic independence. This teacher capacity building program includes training, mentoring, and evaluation implemented in several elementary schools in rural areas. The results of the study showed that training and mentoring activities succeeded in improving teachers' ability to utilize learning technology. Teachers were able to use digital learning applications with more confidence and creativity in designing interactive teaching materials. The methods used include counseling, training, mentoring, and evaluation applied to communities in several villages that have limited access to health information. The results of the study showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in managing household waste, implementing simple sanitation, and increasing access to environmental health information. However, challenges such as limited resources and lack of infrastructure support are still obstacles in the implementation of this program. The results show an increase in community knowledge and skills in utilizing yard land optimally. This program also has a positive impact on increasing family food availability and economic empowerment.
